1. Negative Pricing – Negative Pricing refers to transactions where the total amount flows from you to the customer, with a net payout owed to the customer at checkout. Some examples are as follows:
   
1. Bottle / Container Deposit Returns – Customer returns empty bottles/cans for deposit refund (e.g., returnable at $0.10/unit) with no other purchase.
   
2. Lottery Payouts – Customer redeems a winning lottery ticket at POS, and the payout amount exceeds any items being purchased.
   
3. Any Store-initiated Cash Back where you owe the customer money.
   

Reporting

1. Retail Insight in Enterprise Reports– The Retail Insight section has now been added to the Sale Recap and Cashier Out reports as part of the Sale reports under Enterprise Reports.

Bug Fixes

1. Fixed a bug where the Sale Recap Report did not update after a full Void was Performed
