ADP Marketplace

1.    About this manual

Ø  This user manual is specially designed for the user to connect the ADP with Linga application.

Ø  Please read this manual before integrating the ADP with Linga to ensure safe and proper use.

Ø  This user manual describes procedures for using the payroll.

Ø  Content may differ from the final product and is subject to change without prior notice. For the latest version of the manual, refer to the lingaros website www.lingaros.com.

Ø  To connect ADP integration with Linga applications, please follow the following details.

2.    Linga in ADP Marketplace

Login into ADP



                                      First, go to the ADP website 

https://apps.adp.com/en-US/home and login through credentials as shown in the below image. 

After login into the ADP portal, there is an ADP marketplace in the left side of the page as shown in the below image.



Upon clicking on the ADP marketplace, there is an two options available (For you & browse), click the browse option



 After choosing the browse option, what are all the integrations available in the ADP that will show here in that there is a search option is available as shown in the below image.



In that search box, type Linga and search, In the results Linga Connector and Linga core will be displayed as shown in the below image.




Then, Choose the Linga connector and click buy now option, upon clicking, Linga requires additional information.


By clicking the add or plus button, the new popup opens for ADP identifier. For getting ADP identifier you have to login in Linga market place and subscribe ADP


1.    ADP in Linga Marketplace

Subscription

First, you need to browse subscribe the marketplace and signup into ADP.


 





Then go to configurations/Manage integrations page. And click on the ADP integrations settings button as shown in the below image.




Upon clicking on the settings button, a new popup page will open for getting the ADP identifier.



Then copy the ADP identifier and paste in the ADP Marketplace (Linga connector) and click save details as shown in the below image.



After adding additional information, you have to click the next button in the page. Upon clicking the page, it directs to review your purchase details.



After reviewing your purchase order click the disclaimer and complete the purchase .





After purchasing, the success will show in the display with the purchase id, after that, you have to manage consent and provide consent that ADP to transfer data by clicking, as shown in the below image.





 

Upon clicking manage consent button, a new page open for authorization, in that, Linga-RUN-integration Data Connector is available with details as shown below.



Click the manage button, upon clicking, a new popup page will open with disclaimer details for transferring the data as shown below.





After clicking the allow and continue option, your Linga data connecter will move to allowed authorizations part.

Once you done with manage concern, you can connect ADP with Linga

while connecting ADP with Linga, without concerns, by clicking on connect with ADP, the page navigates to add a concerns by clicking continue as shown in the below image.




  Data Transfer

 

After managing the concerns come to Linga and go to ADP integrations settings and then connect with ADP by clicking connect with ADP button

Before clicking the connect with ADP button, you make sure that the roles and departments is to be same or created in ADP marketplace, then only we can push the data.



Without creation of departments in ADP nothing to synchronize, whenever you create the department, roles in ADP you come to this page and click connect with ADP button for synchronization.

Before Sync, please ensure the following department and earnings should be same  

Department Creation In ADP

                                 First, login into ADP, then click the settings in the left side of the page.


Upon clicking, it’s shows the departments in the right side.






Click the departments option, it navigates to the page where we can add the departments, In here you want to click add button then create a department number and description as shown in the below image.



While adding, the description in the ADP and the roles in the Linga application should be same

Earnings Creation In ADP

First, login into ADP, then click the settings in the left side of the page




Upon clicking, it’s shows the Earnings and deductions in the right side as shown in below image.

Click the earnings and deductions option, it navigates to the page where we can add, how the salary is going to be paid.




Here there are three types of earnings (Regular, tips and overtime) you should define the earnings only in this three formats.

A.     Sync Users

Once you sync or connected with ADP, you can easily sync users and publish pay data.


As of now you want to create users at both the end. Once you added any new user with ADP and Linga you can come back and click sync users’ button so that the data can be published properly.


Pay Cycle

Once you finished sync users, you can easily push pay cycle.

Get all the latest pay cycles dates from ADP, then select whichever pay cycles you need to run

Already you pushed the data, if you need corrections on the published data, come back and fixed in the Linga, and repush it

   Override/Republish Pay Cycle

                                                you can override or republish the pay data in multiple times, the latest you published in the Linga that will appear in ADP.
