Back Office: Customers - Customer Info
Navigation: Sign
into the Back Office for your Store, then select Customers > Customer Info
The Customers page displays a table of Customers assigned to this Store, which contains the following columns:
Image - A photo of the Customer (if necessary and submitted by them)
Name - The customer's First and Last Names
Email - Their contact Email Address
Phone Number - Their contact Phone Number
Loyalty Points - The current balance of Loyalty Points (if applicable)
Reason - Any Reason for a Loyalty Points update (if applicable)
Gift Card Number - The number for a Gift Card assigned to the Customer (if applicable)
Stores - A list of Stores this Customer is assigned to
Actions - A list of options from the three dot ••• icon dropdown

Edit the Customer's Loyalty Points
On
the main Customers page, click + New Customer at the top-right.
The New Customer page appears.

Under
the General section:
Enter the Customer’s First and Last
Name.
Enter the Phone Number (if available) and Email address.

Select the Gender from the dropdown, Date
Of Birth (calendar view), Nationality (if applicable, and Anniversary of their first visit as a customer.

Enter a Gate Code (deliveries), Customer
ID Number (if applicable), and any additional Notes.

For User Photo – If the customer has a photo click
the Upload New Image button (icon of document with upwards arrow).
Navigate to where the Customer’s Photo file is saved, and double-click the file
or single-click and click Open.
Customer Store
Select the
location(s) where the Customer has done business. The options correspond
to the established options on the main store dropdown at the very top of the
page.
Loyalty
Select
whether this Customer is enrolled in the Loyalty program. If Yes,
their Loyalty Balance and Reason appear.
Enter the Customer’s mailing Address (if
applicable): Street (Address Line 1 and Apt/Suite/etc.), City, State, and ZipCode. Select the Country from
the dropdown.
When all the Customer's information has been entered, click Save at the top-right of the New Customer page.
To
view a customer’s profile, click their row or click the corresponding three dots ••• then select View Customer Metrics. The Customer Metrics page for the
customer appears.

On the Customer Metrics page: the
header row contains the customer’s Name and
contact information (Address, Phone, Email, Enroll Date).

Below
the header is a row of icons with data: Number of Visits, Sale Amount (in currency), current amount of Loyalty Points, Loyalty Value (in currency), then the number of times
they left Positive and Negative feedback.

Select the Time Period and fill in any dates as needed, then click Apply.
Below
the data points are tables representing the customer’s:
Last Month of Sales – Broken down by months of the year.
Mouse over a bar representing a Month to show that month’s Net Sales.

Avg. Daily Spent – Broken down by days of
the week. Mouse over a bar representing a Day to show that day’s Net
Sales.

At
the bottom of the page is the customer’s Transaction History: Receipt No (Number), Date Created and Receipt Amount. Click a Receipt No to bring up the record of the transaction.

Below the Last Month Sales and Avg Daily Spent graphs is a copy of the selected Receipt with Receipt [Number] as the header.

You can email a copy of the receipt to the listed Email Address field by clicking Send Receipt. It is defaulted to the customer's Email Address on file, but another Email Address can be entered if needed at the customer's request.
Receipt Summary – Contains a breakdown
of the Receipt on the Transaction.

Order
Summary – Contains a breakdown of the ticket’s order, including Item and Amount in currency.

Tax
Summary – Contains a breakdown of the Taxes applied to the Transaction.

Payment
Summary – Contains a breakdown of each Payment involved with the
Transaction.

Click < Back to return to the Customer Metrics page.

- To
Edit a customer’s profile, click the corresponding ••• and select Edit
Customer. The Edit Customer page appears.

- Make
needed changes to the Customer’s info (General, Customer Store, Loyalty, Address).
- When ready, click Update to apply the
changes. You are returned to the main Customers page and the banner Customer
Updated Successfully appears at the top right.
- Click
the corresponding ••• of a Customer, then click Delete.

- On
the Delete pop-up, click Delete to confirm. Otherwise click Cancel / X Close.

- If Delete is clicked, the Customer is removed and the banner Customer
inactivated successfully appears at the top-right.
