Back Office: Customers - Customer Info

  1. Sign into the Back Office and select a Store.

  2. On the left-side Navigation Panel, click Customers then Customer Info.
Create A New Customer
  1. On the main Customers page, click + New Customer at the top-right. The New Customer page appears.

  2. Under the General section:
    1. Enter the Customer’s First and Last Name.
    2. Enter the Phone Number (if available) and Email address.

    3. Select the Gender from the dropdown, Date Of Birth (calendar view), Nationality (if applicable, and Anniversary of their first visit as a customer.

    4. Enter a Gate Code (deliveries), Customer ID Number (if applicable), and any additional Notes.

    5. For User Photo – If the customer has a click the Upload New Image button (icon of document with upwards arrow). Navigate to where the Customer’s Photo file is saved, and double-click the file or single-click and click Open.

           

    6. For Customer Store, select the location(s) where the Customer has done business. The options correspond to the established options on the main store dropdown at the very top of the page.
    7. Select whether this Customer is enrolled in the Loyalty program. If Yes, their Loyalty Balance and Reason appear.
    8. Enter the Customer’s mailing Address (if applicable): Street (Address Line 1 and Apt/Suite/etc.), City, State, and ZipCode. Select the Country from the dropdown.
  3. When all the Customer's information has been entered, click Save at the top-right of the New Customer page.

View An Existing Customer
  1. To view a customer’s profile, click their row or click the corresponding three dots ••• then select View Customer Metrics. The Customer Metrics page for the customer appears.

  2.  The header row of the Customer Metrics page contains the customer’s name and contact information (Address, Phone, Email, Enroll Date).

  3. Below the header is a row of icons with data: Number of Visits, Sale Amount ($), Loyalty Points, Loyalty Value ($), then the number of times they left Positive/Negative feedback.

  4. Below the data points are tables representing the customer’s:
    1. Last Month of Sales – Broken down by months of the year. Mouse over a bar representing a Month to show that month’s Net Sales.

    2. Avg. Daily Spent – Broken down by days of the week. Mouse over a bar representing a Day to show that day’s Net Sales.

  5. At the bottom of the page is the customer’s Transaction History: Check No (Number), Date Created and Check Amount. Click the Check No to bring up the record of the transaction.

    1. Scroll to the bottom of the new page to see the Email Address to Send a copy of the Receipt.

    2. Check Summary – Contains a breakdown of the Check on the Transaction.

    3. Order Summary – Contains a breakdown of the ticket’s order, including Item and $ Amount.

    4. Tax Summary – Contains a breakdown of the Taxes applied to the Transaction.

    5. Payment Summary – Contains a breakdown of each Payment involved with the Transaction.


Edit An Existing Customer
  1. To Edit a customer’s profile, click the corresponding ••• and select Edit Customer. The Edit Customer page appears.

  2. Make needed changes to the Customer’s info (General, Customer Store, Loyalty, Address).
  3. When ready, click Update to apply the changes. You are returned to the main Customers page and the banner Customer Updated Successfully appears at the top right.

Export A Customer's Information
  1. At the top-right of the main Customers page, click Export. The Export pane appears.

  2. On the Export pane: select the file Format, then click Export at the bottom. The file [Customer Reportxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] will be downloaded.
              
  3. Open the Export to view all your customers’ info within one file.


Delete A Customer
  1. Click the corresponding ••• of a Customer, then click Delete.


  2. On the Delete pop-up, click Delete to confirm. Otherwise click Cancel / X Close.


  3. If Delete is clicked, the Customer is removed and the banner Customer inactivated successfully appears at the top-right.
