Back Office: Employees Scheduler



  • Scheduler provides a view of Employees Details via the Employees screen.
  • To AddEdit or Delete Employee information - see the Users screen.
  • Only Admin level users are authorized to manage Employee details.

  • Navigation: Log into Back Office for your Store, then select Scheduler > Employees


    The Employees screen displays all the Employees working at the store in a table format with the following columns:
    1. Employee – The employee’s first and last name.
    2. Role – The role assigned to the employee.
    3. Email – The employee’s personal email address.
    4. Join Date – The date the employee started working at the store.
    5. Last Login – The most recent date the employee logged in (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM AM/PM format).
    6. Actions – Select View or Send Message.



    View a Store Employee


    Identify the Employee to be viewed, then under the Actions column select the eye icon.


    The Employee page appears, broken down into sections:
    1. General
      1. First Name – (Mandatory) View the employee’s first name.
      2. Last Name – (Mandatory) View the employee’s last name.
      3. Phone Number – View the employee’s phone number.
      4. Email – (Mandatory) View  the employee’s email address.
      5. Date of Birth – View the employee’s date of birth.
      6. Language – View the language the employee speaks from the dropdown.
      7. Date of Joining – View the date the employee joined the store.
      8. Gender – View the employee’s gender.
      9. Termination Date – (If applicable) View the Date the employee was terminated.
      10. Termination Reason – (If applicable) View the Reason the employee was terminated.



    2. Access

      1. Pin – View the employee’s Pin by clicking the eye icon.
      2. Access Level – View the employee’s level of access from the dropdown.
      3. Roles – View the Role(s) that apply to the employee from the dropdown.


    3. Address Info

      1. Address Line 1 – View the number, street name and any Unit/Suite/etc. number of the employee’s Address.
      2. City – View the name of the City as part of the employee’s Address.
      3. State – View the name of the State as part of the employee’s Address.
      4. ZipCode – View the Zip Code as part of the employee’s Address.



    4. Payroll

      1. View the Employee's Payroll information:
      2. Hourly

        1. View the employee’s hourly rates, with customization based on days.
          1. Weekday Rate – View the employee’s hourly rate when working on Mondays to Fridays.
          2. Saturday Rate – View the employee’s hourly rate when working on Saturdays.
          3. Sunday Rate – View the employee’s hourly rate when working on Sundays.
          4. Holiday Rate – View the employee’s hourly rate when working on holidays.
          5. Timesheet Export Code – View theunique code for the employee to get their Time Sheet and check their details about working Hours and Rates.


      3. Salary

        1. Salary Rate – View the salary of the employee.
        2. Timesheet Export Code – View the unique code for the employee to get their Time Sheet and check their details about working Hours and Rates.


      4. Role Based

        1. Default Hourly Rate – View the standard hourly rate for the employee.
        2. Timesheet Export Code – View the unique code for the employee to get their Time Sheet and check their details about working Hours and Rates.


    5. Time Off

      1. View a history of the employee’s Time Off.



    6. Settings

      1. POS Initial Screen – View the assigned screen the Employee views upon logging in (POSTableBar or Retail).

    1. Log into Back Office then select a Store. On the left-side navigation pane, select Scheduler then Employees.


    2. The Employees screen displays all the employees working in the store in a table format with the following columns:
