Back Office: Products/Items - Reasons


Navigation: Sign into the Back Office for your Store. On the left-side, select Products/Items then Reasons.
          

The Reasons page displays all existing Reasons established under the Store.


Create or Update a Reason

  1. Create a New Reason by clicking + NEW REASON or update an existing Reason by clicking the pencil icon. The New/Update Reason pane appears.


    1. New Reason

      1. Select the Reason Type.
      2. Enter the Reason.
      3. When finished, click Save at the bottom-right.




    2. Update Reason

      1. Update the existing Reason Type
        and/or
      2. Update the existing Reason.
      3. When finished, click Update at the bottom-right.


  2. You are returned to the main Reasons page, where a confirmation banner appears at the upper-right.
    1. If a new Reason was created, it will be added as a row in the table.

Delete a Reason

  1. Identify the Reason to be deleted, then under Actions select the corresponding trash can button.


  2. On the Delete pop-up that appears: select Delete to confirm deleting the Reason.
    1. To cancel deleting the Reason, select X Close or Cancel.

  3. You are returned to the main Reasons page, where the confirmation banner appears and the Reason is removed as a row from the table.
