Back Office: Products/Items - Serving Size Level

Navigation: Sign into the Back Office for your Store. On the left-side, select Products/Items then Serving Size Level.


The Serving Size Levels page displays a table containing all Serving Size Levels established under the Store.

Create or Update a Serving Size Level

  1. Create a New Serving Size by clicking + NEW SERVING SIZE or update an existing Serving Size by clicking the pencil icon.


  2. On the New/Update Serving Size Level pane that appears:

    1. Enter the Name (mandatory) that will appear in the POS.
    2. Enter the Description.
    3. Select whether this will be Half and Half.

  3. When ready, click Save or Update. You're returned to the main Serving Size Levels page, where the confirmation banner appears at the upper-right.
    1. If a new Serving Size Level was created, it will be added as a row in the table.

Delete a Serving Size Level

  1. Identify the Serving Size to delete (deactivate), then under the Actions column click the corresponding trash can.


  2. On the Delete pop-up that appears, select Delete to confirm deleting the Serving Size Level.


  3. If the Serving Size Level was successfully deleted, the confirmation banner appears at the upper-right.

    1. If the Serving Size Level is attached to Categories/Items: it can't be deleted, and an alert message will appear at the upper-right.
