Back Office: Refund Reports

Displays a Store's Refund activity.

  1.  Select from the following fields, then Time Period.

    1. Employee: Select from the list of employees who set the till.


    2. Payment Option: Select how to filter - By Payment Name or By Payment Type.


      1. By Payment Name: The Payment Type dropdown appears. Select the Payment Name.


      2. By Payment Type: The Payment Type dropdown appears. Select the Payment Type.


  2. Click Apply. The table with the below columns is populated:

    1. Date: The date the refund was issued (format based on application settings).
    2. Check: The number of the refund check.
    3. Reason: The reason for the refund.
    4. Device: This shows the device name from which this refund takes place.
    5. Refund Item: This shows the refunded item.
    6. Quantity: This shows the quantity.
    7. Refund By: This shows the user who refunded this check.
    8. Payment Type: This shows the payment type.
    9. Net Sales: Gross revenue minus applicable sales returns, allowances, and discounts.
    10. Refund Tax: The tax for refund.
    11. Total Amount: The sum of Net Sales + Refund Tax.
    12. Total: The sum of values for Net Sales, Refund Tax, and Total Amount.
