Back Office: Comparison Report



Navigation: Sign into the Back Office for your Store. On the left-side, select Reports then Comparison Report.
            

The Comparison Report page displays a comparison between two or more selected Time Periods.

Select each Compare Time period (Compare Time 1Compare Time 2, etc.). Click + Compare Time to add more filters, up to a total of 4. When satisfied with all Compare Times to compare, then click Apply
  1. To delete an additional Compare Time, click the corresponding Trash Can icon. Compare Times 1 and 2 cannot be removed.


Comparison Report Graph

When Apply is clicked, a circular graph representing each selected Compare Time Period’s Net Sales appears, with colorized sections representing the Service Types (QSR, Table Service, To Go, Bar Tab, etc.). Mouse over a specific graph section to view its net sales and the percentage of the total Net Sales.

  1. Mouse over a specific section of a circle for its corresponding amount to appear. Example: mousing over Store To-Go


  2. If there is no relevant data available, the message 'No data available' appears.

Summary Table

Appears below the graphs, with a column for each selected Compare Time period along with the following rows:

  1. Check Count: The number of Checks involved during the corresponding Time Period.
  2. Net Sales: The amount of Net Sales generated during the corresponding Time Period.
  3. Tax: The amount in Taxes collected during the corresponding Time Period.
  4. Net Void: The amount in Net Void entered during the corresponding Time Period.
  5. Discounts: The amount in Discounts collected during the corresponding Time Period.
  6. Refunds: The amount in Refunds collected during the corresponding Time Period.
  7. Gratuity: The amount of Gratuity collected during the corresponding Time Period.
  8. Cash: The amount of Cash collected during the corresponding Time Period.
  9. Payments: The total amount in Payments collected during the corresponding Time Period.
