First connect the “Network cable” to the printer
Step 1: Hold finger on the “feed” button
Step 2: (Finger still holding down the feed button) Turn “on” the printer
Step 3: Wait until flashing blue light and remove finger from “feed” button
Self-test will now print
As shown: The Self-test will print and give you
information regarding the printer. You will need the “IP Address” NOTICE:
Net DHCP is Enabled
you will it to say disabled
Open a web browser (Only can be done on a Windows based PC. Ex: Chrome or Internet Explorer)
Type in “IP Address” from the printer and press “Enter”
As Shown: The site you will be brought to after pressing
“Enter”
Select “Configuration”
Select “Fix IP Address”
When typing in the “IP
Address” to the “Device IP Address” make sure after saving this you change the
BOH Printer Configuration Settings to have the
SAME IP. As Shown Below
Select “Save” then Select
“OK” then Select “Restart”
After saving the IP address, you must check if the DHCP is
now DISABLED. You will need to go back to the printer and
print another Self-test. (Same steps as previously read) NOTICE: DCHP is now disabled
Alternative method if printer is still not online:
Ask the customer to locate the “Printer Cable USB” to the
back of the printer
After the “Printer Cable USB” is connected. On the computer open “Printer Test V.3.3.0C” program
Select “USB”, then change the “New IP” then press “Set New IP"
How to connect Bluetooth Printer:
In the POS Hardware Settings, under Printer Settings, Select “BLE”
Select “Printer001” PLEASE NOTE: Make sure ALL
Bluetooth printers are turned off before selecting “Printer 001” since ALL
Bluetooth printers say “Printer 001”
