Enable Caller ID and Wait List

  1. Type in your PIN then tap on operations
  2. Tap on POS settings
  3. Scroll down to enable caller ID and wait list
  • Please note that both of these are add-ons and will need a license for both
  1. Turn these on then hit save changes
