On the back of the printer you will need to hold down the
reset button (using a paper clip) until the “Dynamic Status Sheet” prints
As Shown: Dynamic Status Sheet, this will show the IP
Address
Factory Reset:
Turn off the printer and with a paper clip hold in the reset
button on the back of the printer, while holding down the button turn the
printer on. Keep holding rest button until the “Reset” ticket prints
As Shown: This is the “Factory Default” ticket. Now the IP
Address is rest and must change it to be static as well as changed on the LINGA
BOH
Changing the IP Address:
You will need to open the “EPSON Net Config” on the customers laptop (windows based). You can download this for them going onto ZOHO Assist and transferring the file from your computer to the customers
Make sure the printer is powered on and select the “Refresh”
button. Notice the printer that we are working on comes up with an “X” You must
click on the printer and press “Configuration”
Now Select “Basic” under “TCP/IP” and select “Manual”,
uncheck “Set using PING” and change the IP Address, then change the Default
Gateway (GATEWAY MUST
HAVE THE SAME FIRST 3 NUMBERS AS IP)
As Shown: The changes that were made. Press “Transmit” when
complete
Select “OK”
Select “OK”
NOTICE: PRINTER IS NOT FULLY CONNECT
YOU MUST PRESS “REFRESH”
As Shown: Printer is connected
To confirm IP Address is set hold down the reset button and
the “Dynamic Status Sheet” will print
Check LINGA BOH Printer IP Address:
Select “Settings”, “Printer
Configuration”
Go to “Kitchen Printers” or “Receipt Printers” whatever is
applicable then select “+Kitchen Printer” (if adding a new printer)
Edit the information and select “Update” when complete
As Shown: Printer successfully connected
