Here are the Steps for the firmware update: 

1. Inform the processor to force batch the transactions
2.Reboot the terminal, while rebooting the hold the func key
3. Now select the Menu
4. Choose remote download and then select New download
5.Enter the below values Select TCP -- 216.238.144.195 port no --8582 TID -- 30030030
6. Then Enable the DHCP Mode 

Now the firmware update will start.
