Gift Card Reports

Gift card reports can show you all activity on all of your gift cards.  This includes adjustments, redeemed, recharges, issued, refund, and voided gift cards.  This will show you some of this information on the GiveX reports as well.

  1. Go to Reports>Gift card in the back office 
  2.  Fill out all the applicable fields. (Card number, activity type, Employee, and time period


  1. Click on Run 
  2. This will bring up a report for all gift card activity.


  1. This can be exported as an excel, pdf, or CSV
  2. The same process is done to view GiveX cards.
