For completing the ‘Castle and Go’ setup with the IPAD in Linga please follow the below setup.

DEVICE SETUP

·       Turn on the ‘Castle and Go’ device and wait for it to finish loading.

·       Once ‘Initialization’ is completed, press the down key to navigate to the WIFI setup screen.

·       If the device is already connected to a WIFI network, you can see the details here.

·       If not, click on the green button to navigate to the manual connection screen.

·       In this screen you can find three options. (Select Network, Set Password, Connect to Network)

·       Choose these options respectively to select the WiFi network name, enter password and confirm connection.

BO SETUP

·       Now, Login to the customer BO account page.

·       Under, Settings -> Store

·       Then choose Settings tab and Create a pay method under ‘Castle and Go’ type.

·       Then choose EMV settings tab and fill in the details of the ‘Castle and Go’ device (Name, IP address and Type)

·       NOTE: (The type should be chosen as ‘Castle and Go’)

·       Then save the changes and publish\Sync BO.

IPAD SETUP

·       Then login to the OPERATION section in the IPAD and choose ‘Hardware Setting’

·       Under ‘CardReader’ tab, select the device name that you’ve setup in the BO and you should see a ‘Tick’ indicating that it is selected

·       NOTE: An IPAD can be clubbed with only one ‘Castle and Go’ but the vice versa is not true.
