Actions
Providers
The Providers tab displays the available providers with their status and status. Each provider will include a Settings (gear) icon.

  1. Select a Provider's corresponding Settings. A pop-up appears with the Provider's logo and name, along with fields to enter your account credentials for the Provider.
    1. Please note: fully integrating a Provider with Order Connect may take up to 24 hours.

  2. After entering your credentials, there will be one or more toggles you will need to set. Note: after submitting a configuration for a Provider, you cannot enable or disable these toggles.
    1. Two-Factor Authentication - Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of security to your account. Users will be required to enter a verification code, in addition to their password, when signing in.

  3. Reminder: after submitting a configuration for a Provider, you cannot enable or disable these toggles. If you need to modify or deactivate credentials, a Support Ticket must be submitted.

  4. After entering the credentials and setting all toggles as needed, click Submit.

  5. Saved credentials will be submitted to our team for configuration.
Actions
The Actions tab contains all integrations that are connected and updated. The names of these integrations will be displayed along with the options Connected or Non-Connected and on the right side the option to Halt or Resume.

Halt

By clicking Halt:
  1. The popup opens and shows the Halt Duration options (1 Hour default). Select an option then click Confirm Halt.
    1. If Custom then enter the amount in Minutes and click Confirm Halt.

  2. After clicking Confirm Halt, a confirmation message will appear at the bottom confirming how long that Provider's service will be halted for your Online Ordering.

Disconnect
  1. A Provider's status is set to Connected by default, which means the integration is active and Orders can be received from the aggregator.
  2. If an integration is disconnected on via Admin, it will automatically disappear and disconnected under the Actions tab, and Orders from the Provider will no longer be received in the POS.
  3. If the status is set to non-connected, it means the integration is disconnected (Halted), and no orders will be received in the POS.
  4. Based on the status (Connected or Non-Connected), it will be clearly indicated under each integration name with the appropriate icon (checkmark for Connected or unlink for Halted)
    1. For Halt - A popup should be displayed to confirm or cancel the action, stating that the user will no longer receive orders if they choose to Halt. This appears when the user clicks the Confirm halt option.
    2. For Resume - A popup should be displayed to confirm or cancel the action, stating that the user will start receiving orders if they choose to Resume. This appears when the user clicks the Resume option.

  5. You can set the Order Platform Price Level for Menu Prices, as well as Modifier Percentages.

  6. Click Save to save your changes. Then, click Order Connect Sync to reflect these changes in Order Connect.

  7. Click Order Connect Sync to publish any Store Menu updates or changes to Order Connect.
