MOBILE OLO APP

Introduction:

This document explains - Mobile OLO App.  The user can take orders and make payments using the Mobile OLO App.

Requirement:

The user must have a Linga OLO (OLO) account to use the Mobile OLO App.

If the user doers not have a Linga OLO account, they must create an account for online ordering to use the App.

If you open the Mobile OLO App for the first time, the system wants to get your location for nearby stores.

 


When you allow the location, the app shows the nearby stores.

 



If you have more than one store near your given address, the app will list them.



If you have more than one store near your given address, you can find the store you want to order from by searching.



If the store is open, you can see the "Create an order now" text.



If the store is closed, you can take only future orders and see the "Only Future order is accepted" text.





Click the "Sign In" icon to log in to the application.




Log in to the system with an existing user in Linga OLO. Log in to the system with the username and password found in Linga OLO.  You should log in to take orders.



You can see the "Categories" on the app without login or with login.



Next, to order food, first select categories, then menu items.



When you select any menu item, the detail page will open.



 

 After adding the menu item to the cart, you can see the menu item count and total price.  Then you can click the "View Cart" text link, where you will be directed to the Cart page.




On the Cart page, you can see the added menu item.  You can increase or decrease the quantity of how many items you want by using the  + or   buttons.  You can delete menu items with the  icons.    If you want to delete the whole cart, you can click the button .   To return to the menu, you click the  button. 





And when you click the delete button, you will see the warning message for deleting the selected menu item.



At the bottom of the page, you can see the total amount and details of the entire order.



The app is directed to the Payment page when you click the "Continue to Payment" button.   Add "Tip" or enter your promo code on the payment page.  When you enter the tip or promo code (also discount…etc.), it will reflect in the total amount.

 

 




After checking the total amount of the payment, you should select the payment method "Credit Card," "Cash," "Loyalty" or "Gift Card." 




If you select "Credit Card",  the app directs you to credit card detail page.  You enter your credit card details and place order successfully.

 


After paying with a credit card, you can save your credit card for future orders.


After saving your credit card on the app, you can choose your saved credit card or enter a new credit card and continue to pay for the order. 




If you want to pay with your gift card, you can enter your gift card number and pay for the order.






You can save your gift card, and you can use this saved gift card for subsequent orders.



 If you save your gift card, you'll see the gift card number and gift card balance for your next payment with this gift card.  You can select your saved gift card and then continue to pay.



When you place an order, you can see the estimated arrival time.  And then you continue to order by clicking the "Continue Ordering" button.




If you want to take orders with the "Delivery" order type, select "Delivery."  If you wish to change your delivery address, you can use the  icon and change the order date by using the   button.





If you select the "Curbside" order type, you should enter the "License Plate," "Make," "Model" and "Color" of the vehicle, then click the "Save" button.



Then you can take the order.

 


If you want to see your order history or wish to repeat your order, go to the "Order History" page.



Click the    button to repeat the order.

 


If you want to check user details, you can click the "Account" button and check the user details there.  Also, you can edit the user "First Name", "Last Name" "Phone Number" and "Password" using the pencil button. 





You can edit or delete your address.




You can select the current location or registered address.




 

Finally,  You can also delete the account if necessary.
