What's New:

Back Office

1. Global Product and Items: The section Global Menu is being added at the Back Office Enterprise Level. This will apply only to new Enterprise Accounts.

Online Ordering (OLO)

1. Parent Child Relationship for Modifiers: When a Parent Modifier is selected, it will navigate to the Child Modifier Group based on the configuration in Back Office. The Parent-Child configuration applies to Mandatory Modifier Groups only.
   
   
2. Recording Tax Exceptions on Chowly and Uber Orders:
1. Orders from Chowly or Uber with a Tax Rebate (portion of tax discounted) will be identified and captured in POS including Receipts, Reports, and Dashboards.
2. Orders from Chowly or Uber with a Tax Remittance (zero tax) will be identified and captured in POS including Receipts, Reports, and Dashboards.
   
   
3. Uber Eats Discount Enhancement: Discounts provided by Uber Eats are now properly captured and displayed across the POS system, Back Office Dashboard, and Reporting.

Add-On

1. Custom App
   

1. Partial Payment: Custom App now supports partial payments with different payment options.
   
1. Note: The toggle Enable Partial Payment in Back Office must be enabled, then the Split Payment button will appear enabling you to perform multiple partial payments.
   
   
2. Gift Card Purchase: Gift Cards will always be available for purchase on the Custom App, even if your Store is closed.
   
1. Note: The toggle Digital Gift Card in Back Office must be enabled, then the Purchase Gift Card icon will be visible in the Custom App to buy Gift Cards.
   
   
3. Future Order Schedule Time: Future Orders can be placed in Custom App based on the configured Minimum and Maximum days specified in Back Office settings.
   
   
4. Text Message for Store Closure: During store closure or when Web Ordering is disabled in POS system, users will be notified with a clear message. Also, users will be restricted from placing immediate orders by disabling the Add to Cart button in Custom App.
   
   
5. Alternate Included Modifier: Custom App will now support selecting Alternate Modifiers for Included modifiers based on Back Office settings.
   
   
6. 86 List of Menu Items: The 86 List is now being implemented in Custom App. Also, when the quantity of an 86 List menu item is 0 you will be notified with a message.
   

Enhancements:

Online Ordering (OLO)

1. Prefixes for Alternate Modifiers: Prefixes will appear below the Alternate Modifier in OLO, Call Center, and VRT.
   
   
2. ADA Compliance in VRT: Ensuring that digital platforms are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities via proper color contrast, and clear and readable content.
   
   
3. Modifier Group Synchronization with Third Parties: During menu synchronization with third-party delivery platforms (Uber Eats, Chowly and Deliverect), modifier group duplication will automatically be handled on-the-fly.
   

Inventory

1. Alternate Modifier in Inventory: When an Alternate Modifier is consumed in POS, then the Inventory will be updated. When the same modifier is selected as any other type of Modifier, the system will consider it as single Modifier, and the quantity will be counted in Inventory and other impacted areas.
   

iPad

1. Uber Eats Discount Fix: If an Uber Eats check was reopened in POS, any discount would be removed. Now, online aggregator checks can’t be reopened, and a warning will appear in POS.
   

POS

1. Tip Screen on CDS for Pre-Auth: For Pre Auth checks: when Tip is pressed on POS, then Tip suggestions will appear in POS and CDS.
   
   
2. Android CDS Sign Here: After completing a payment in POS, if the customer has not provided a signature, the CDS screen should display a Please Sign Here watermark near the Clear button to indicate the area for signature input.

Bug Fixes

1. Fixed a bug where users were unable to add alphanumeric values for Customers’ ZIP Codes.

3. Fixed a bug where if user entered a quantity for the first vendor brand on the Bulk Adjust screen, the same quantity value is automatically reflected on the other vendors.
4. Made a display adjustment where a server’s name was bigger than the customer’s name, causing confusion for merchants. 
5. Fixed a bug where Mix and Match Discount items would print to Kitchen printers in addition to Receipt Printers.
6. Corrected an intermittent issue where a Check/Table wasn’t appearing when attempting to access on a different Node.
7. Fixed a bug where Loyalty Points weren’t appearing for a Customer in POS.
8. Corrected a Net Sales discrepancy issue due to duplication.
9. Fixed a service charge calculation bug based on number of seats.
10. Fixed a bug where customers were unable to delete Orders and pop-up messages would appear.
11. Fixed a bug where Checks merged while the POS was offline.
