Order Connect Dashboard and Reporting
Dashboard
Navigation: In the BO for your Store, select Order Connect > Dashboard
The live dashboard for Order Connect appears.
- At the top of the Dashboard, you can see the Providers filter. Based on the selected Provider, you can customize your view.
- Select the Order Type, whether you want to view Pick up orders, Delivery orders, or All (both).
- Select the Time Period which functions identically to all other reports.
- Click Apply.
Below
that, you can view key metrics based on the selected filters, including Total
Sales, Total Taxes, Average Check, Total Discounts, Completed Orders, and
Cancelled Orders.
You can also view graphical reports such as Net Sales by
Hour, Sales by Tender, and Sales by Service Type.
Reports
Order Connect Report
Navigation: In the BO for your Store, select Order Connect > Reports
The
report will include the following filters:
- Provider Name - the dropdown will list the names of the third-party providers through which orders are placed (Doordash, Uber Eats, etc.).
- Order Type - the dropdown will display the type of order, such as Pick Up and Delivery.
- The remaining two filters, Time Period and Number of Days, will function identically to other reports.
- Click Apply, and the below table is populated with data based on your filter selections.
Note: Whenever an order is received
through Order Connect, it will be displayed exclusively in the Order Connect
report and won't appear in the existing Online Ordering or third party Online Ordering sales reports.
Store Level
Navigation: My Stores > Reports > Sale > Daily Sale
Upon clicking on a Check No: any Order Connect payment will appear in the Type column
of the Payment Summary section.
Navigation: My Stores > Reports > Sale > Sale Recap
Under the 3rd party OLO tax Summary, the Integration Name field will display Order Connect when applicable.
Navigation: My Stores > Reports > Sale > Cashier Out
Under the 3rd party OLO tax Summary, the Integration Name field will display Order Connect when applicable.
Navigation: My Stores > Reports > Sale > Weekly Summary
In the displayed report, any Order Connect payment will
be included in the Payment section.
Navigation: My Stores > Reports > Sale > Sale > Sale
Summary
Upon clicking on a Check No: any Order Connect payment will appear in the Type column of the Payment Summary section.
Navigation: My Stores > Reports > Transactions > Transaction
Upon clicking on a Check No: any Order Connect payment will appear in the Type column of the Payment Summary section.
Enterprise
Level
Navigation: My Stores > Reports > Sale > Sale Recap
Under the 3rd party OLO tax Summary, the Integration Name field will display Order Connect when applicable.
