Back Office Instructions
Next, Go to settings, then store, and payments
Delete the Credit Card Payment Method by selecting the trash icon
Add a new payment by selecting “+ payment method”
Select the payment type as SPPax, name the payment “Credit Card”, and select the model type as A920 based on what type of device you are using. The model type is listed in the top
right-hand corner of the device.
After you fill out these criteria, select Add.
Locate EMV settings and select “Add EMV settings”, enter PAX as the name, and enter the IP
address of your device.
This can be found by selecting the network you are connected to in the Android settings on your device.
Choose SP-PAX as the Type and select the serial number of your device.
Select Add, then Update, and finally publish your changes
Device Setup
Plug the charging cable into the Pax device and into the power brick
Hold the power button located on the bottom left of the device
Once the device is powered on, go to the settings application the password is pax9876@@
Toggle on Wifi and connect to your dedicated POS network
After connecting to your network select “advanced”, the IP address will be listed here please use this IP address when entering the device into the back office.
Go to the home screen by selecting the circle at the bottom of the screen.
Open Linga Go and enter your store credentials, these are the same credentials you used to enter the back office.
