POS: Phone / Web Orders - Driver Reporting



  1.  If the Cashier Report for Driver toggle is enabled in the Back Office (Settings > Delivery, then the Settings tab), then users that are assigned a Driver role or have the Is Driver setting enabled for their Role (under the POS section when creating/editing a Role), will also generate a Cashier Report in the POS.
                

  1. Cashier Reports are found in the POS Operations, under Till Management and then Reports. Credit Card tips for Orders that the Driver was assigned to will show on this report.
  1. Drivers will have the addition of Delivery Charge, Driver Compensation and Store Compensation on their cashier reports.

  2. The amount of Driver compensation for delivery charges on orders they delivered is determined by the percentage set on the Delivery Charge Compensation to Driver setting in the Back Office (Settings > Delivery).
