POS: Check Options - Modify a Menu Item

To modify a Menu Item on a Check:

  1. Tap on Modify  at the bottom.

  2. Then select the Menu Item you'd like to modify. 

  3. The Modifiers screen appears, showing all configured Modifiers for the selected Menu Item in BO. The organization of the Modifiers in POS based on Modifier Group will be based on the priority configured in the Back Office.
    1. If the Show Modifier toggle is disabled for a Modifier in the Back Office, then that Modifier will not appear on the Modifiers screen of POS.
    2. You can search for any modifier by typing the name of the Modifier in the Search box at the upper-right corner.
    3. When you tap on the All option, all Modifiers will appear. When you select a Modifier Group, the Modifiers belonging to that selected Group will appear.
    4. When you tap on any one of the Modifiers, the prefixes of the selected Modifier will appear under the Selected Modifiers section at the bottom-right.

  4. Once you have selected the Modifier(s), press Ok.

  5. You will be returned to the Order screen, where the Modifiers will be added to the selected Menu Item.
