POS: Check Status Screen - Hold Tab



The Hold tab displays Checks that were made to hold - either from Check option or Menu option - from sending to Kitchen.




Finding a Held Check

Search for a Check by entering the Number in the Check No field. After selecting it, you can select the following options:
  1. Pay Check - You will be taken to the Payment screen where you can complete the Payment process.
  2. Open Check - You will be taken to the Order Summary screen which displays the details of the selected Check.
  3. Re-Print Check - The selected Check will get printed (if a Printer is connected).


Note

  1. Only Employees with the proper Role and Permission settings have access to reprint the Check.
  2. When you tap on the Operation button, you will be taken to the Operation screen.
