POS: Date and Time Format
Display the Date format provided in the Back Office settings.
Back Office Requirement
Navigation: Log into BO and select a Store, then select Settings > General Settings
Select a Date Format: Default, MM-DD-YYYY, or DD-MM-YYYY
Example 1: Default
If Default is selected in Back Office, the POS Business Date will appear in Date-Month Name-Year format.
Example 2: MM-DD-YYYY
If MM-DD-YYYY is selected in Back Office, the POS Business Date will appear in MM-DD-YYYY format.
Example 3: DD-MM-YYYY
If the DD-MM-YYYY is selected in Back Office, the POS Business Date will appear in DD-MM-YYYY format.
This Date format configured in BO will reflect in POS, including the Check Stats screen,
Check Preview, Close Day screen, Receipts, etc.
