POS: Fast Cash Payments



Note: Only Employees with the proper Role and Permission settings have access to make payment through Cash.

Back Office

Under Settings > General Settings, the POS Custom Button option is available. This is to customize the POS per your Store's needs, with Cash being an option.

  1. When Cash is set in BO Custom Button, it can be viewed on POS.
  2. When Cash option is selected in Custom Button, then the Fast Cash option will not be available in POS. The payment button must be selected to complete the payment.
  3. If Cash is selected as Custom Button, the same will be displayed in POS.
  4. After adding Menu Items on the check: to pay the check via Fast Cash by clicking the Cash icon on the bottom of the POS screen.

POS

When all items are added to an Order:
  1. Click on the Fast Cash option.
  2. On the Cash payment pop-up that appears:

    1. Enter the Amount of Cash provided, then press Enter.
      1. If the Amount of provided cash is greater than the Check Amount, the Change Due pop-up appears.


      2. If the Amount of provided cash is less than the Check Amount, the Balance Amount left to be paid appears at the bottom-right of the pop-up.


    2. When payment is completed, the Check will be closed.
