POS: Menu Options - Fire (Expedite) an Item
When a Menu Item is 'Fired', that selected Item will be sent to the Kitchen immediately.
To Fire a Menu Item on a Check:
On the Menu screen, select a Menu Item.
On the Menu Option menu that appears to the right, select Fire.

A green check mark will appear next to the Menu Item which denotes that it has been sent to the kitchen.
