Products/Items>Gratuities
o Sign into the LingaPOS back office online at mystore.lingapos.com
o Click on the Products/Items tab on the Navigation Panel
o Click on the Gratuities tab
o Click on the Edit button to configure an existing Gratuity or click on the +Gratuity button to add a new one
o Name - Enter the name of the Gratuity
o Apply To – Choose Fixed or Varying
§ Fixed – Enter the fixed % in the Percentage field
§ Varying – Enter the Minimum and Maximum %
o
Click the Update button when finished
