Retail Back Office: Linga Admin - Item Gallery Settings



Navigation: Log into Linga Admin then select Settings > Item Gallery


The Item Gallery page displays the photo gallery of items in tile form - each with its own Image Upload, Edit and Delete buttons. A new Item option can be created by clicking on + New Image button.



Create or Edit a Gallery Image
  1. Click + New Image at the upper-right to create a new Gallery Image, or click the corresponding trash can to edit a Gallery Image.
         

  2. The New/Update Image appears.


  3. Name: The name of the item. There is no character restriction.
  4. Image For: You can select type from dropdown list of Retail Items.
  5. Image: Click the upload image (document with upwards arrow) icon to upload an image.
  6. When ready, click Save or Update. You are returned to the main Item Gallery page, where the confirmation appears at the upper-right. If a new Item Image was created, it will be added as a tile to the gallery.


Delete a Gallery Image
  1. Identify the image to delete, then click the corresponding trash can icon.


  2. When clicked, the particular image will be deleted.


Bulk Update 


The Bulk Update option is available next to the + New Image button, where you can upload a number of images at once.
