Retail Back Office: Admin - User Feedback


Navigation: Log in BO Admin then select User Feedback

The User Feedback page displays a list of customer feedback. Select the Time Period then click Apply. The below table which contains the following columns is populated:

  1. Date Created: The date of the feedback in DD-MMM-YYYY format.
  2. Name: The name of the customer who provided the feedback.
  3. Email ID: The email address of the customer who provided the feedback.
  4. Account Name: The account name of the customer who provided the feedback.
  5. Store Name: The name of the store on which the customer provided feedback.
  6. Product Rating: The customer's score rating of the product they received.
  7. Support Rating: The customer's score rating of the support they received.
  8. Comment: Any additional comments the customer provided as part of their feedback.
