Retail Back Office: Products/Items - Display Groups
Navigate: Log into the Back Office for your Store, then select Products/Items > Display Group
Display Groups give you the option to create and sell a predefined combination of Retail Items. The table displays the list of the saved Display Groups with the following columns: Image, Name, Retail Items and Actions.
For Actions, you can Edit or Delete the corresponding Display Group.
Create a New Display Group
At the upper-right, click + New Display Group (or click the corresponding Edit (pencil) on an existing Display Group). The New/Update Display Group page appears.
You can set a POS Display Button for the Display Group to appear as in POS, although it is not mandatory. You have multiple options for setting a Display Button:
Standard Color
Click the small colorized square (next to the larger colorized square).
Select the color by using the 2 sliders.
Select An Image From The Gallery
Click the second button option to choose a brand image from the gallery.
You can scroll through the gallery and/or use the Search bar to find an option based on brand name or item type.
Once you click an image, you will be returned to the New/Update Retail Item screen with the image assigned as the POS Display Button. When you mouse over the image, the Trash Can icon appears. If the icon is clicked, the image is removed as your POS Display Button and is replaced by the color option.
Upload New Image
Click the icon of the document with the upwards facing arrow. A File Explorer pop-up window appears.
Navigate to where your Display Button image is saved, then select the file and click Open or just double-click it.
File Format – JPG or PNG
File Size – Maximum of 2 MB
Resolution – Recommended 400px by 400px
Enter the Name of the Display Group. It is mandatory and has a maximum of 25 characters.
Select the Price Level from the dropdown. This will determine the price of Items within the Display Group in POS.
Select one or more Retail Items from the dropdown (including Standard, Variant, Kit and Scale types). Selected Items will appear in the table below the dropdown.
You can sort Items within the table alphabetically
Under Actions, you can delete an Item from the Display Group.
Select the Availability:
Always - If selected, this Display Group will be available during all days and times
Days of Week
If Days of Week is selected:
Select Days - Select the Day(s) the Display Group will be available in POS (you can select more than one day).
Restriction Time / Available Time - Both Available Time and Restriction Time can be set here by enabling the toggles (setting to YES).
Set the Restriction Time by selecting the Start and End Times (clock view) then click OK.
For an Available Time, set the Start and End Times for the Display Groupto appear in the POS (clock view).
You can Add an AvailableTime period by clicking + Add New Time and a new time period row appears to select another Start and End Times.
Note: A Time cannot fall under both Restriction and Available (there cannot be overlap between the Restriction Time and an Available Time).
Days of Month
If Days of Month is selected:
Select the appropriate Dates.
If you enable the Available Months (set the toggle to YES), select the Months the Display Group will appear in POS.
Restriction Time / Available Time - Both Available Time and Restriction Time can be set here by enabling the toggles (setting to YES).
Set the Restriction Time by selecting the Start and End Times (clock view) then click OK.
For an Available Time, set the Start and End Times for the Display Groupto appear in the POS (clock view).
You can Add an AvailableTime period by clicking + Add New Time and a new time period row appears to select another Start and End Times. Note: A Time cannot fall under both Restriction and Available (there cannot be overlap between the Restriction Time and an Available Time).
Date Range
If Date Range is selected:
Select the Start and End Dates (calendar view).
Restriction Days / Available Days - Both Available Days and Restriction Days can be set here by enabling the toggles (setting to YES).
Restriction Time / Available Time - Both Available Time and Restriction Time can be set here by enabling the toggles (setting to YES).
Set the Restriction Time by selecting the Start and End Times (clock view) then click OK.
For an Available Time, set the Start and End Times for the Display Group to appear in the POS (clock view).

Specific Date
If Specific Date is selected:
Select the single Date the Display Group will be available in POS (calendar view).
Restriction Time / Available Time - Both Available Time and Restriction Time can be set here by enabling the toggles (setting to YES).
Set the Restriction Time by selecting the Start and End Times (clock view) then click OK.
For an Available Time, set the Start and End Times for the Display Group to appear in the POS (clock view).

Date Range with Time
If Date Range with Time is selected:
Select the Start and End Dates (calendar view).
Restriction Time / Available Time - Both Available Time and Restriction Time can be set here.
For an Available Time, set the Start and End Times for the Retail Item to appear in the POS (clock view).
You can Add an AvailableTime period by clicking + Add New Time and a new row appears to select another Start and End Times.

When ready to create the new Display Group, click Save and Publish. The new Display Group will appear on the main Display Group page.
