Inactive Account - To sign out all Apps
· When a live account goes to an inactive state change Zoho subscription to pause and reset all licenses in BO.
· If it’s in the negative status (Trial expired, Cancelled, canceled from dunning, Pause, Unpaid) the account should be inactive only in the back office and Zoho subscription should remain the same. Further, the license should be reset in the back office.
· When the user status is in Trial or Dunning, it should denote that your account cannot be inactivated because it’s on trial or dunning. The license should not be reset for trial and dunning.
· When a user activates or inactivates accounts in the back office, a follow-up email will be sent to the subscription team, and logs needed to be maintained in Mongo DB.
· Further an email to be sent to the subscription team for archive in the back office.
· When a user switches from inactive to active status (except for live) the account needs to remain in Back office, the ZOHO subscription remains the same and all the licenses should be 0.
Social Media URL
The social media URL should be available in the Linga admin screen, and this should be reflected in the OLO ordering screen.
