Setting Up Order Connect

Prerequisites

Confirm each below requirement is met for the Store:
  1. POS version 26.10.001 or above - Every POS device in this store is updated to version 26.10.001 or later, and WILL NOT work with Native.
  2. Order Connect Subscription and License - An Order Connect subscription is Active in the Back Office, and the license is enabled under License Settings for this store.
  3. Online Ordering License and Basic Settings - The Online Ordering license is enabled and its basic settings are completed.
  4. Active Provider Accounts and Stores - The store has active accounts and store listings on each delivery provider's side, ready to connect with Order Connect.
  5. Offboarded from any Previous Aggregator - If the store's provider accounts were linked to another aggregator, they have been unlinked and made inactive on that aggregator's side, and the exact final offboarding date is confirmed.
    1. Disclaimer: If a Provider has not fully offboarded from the previous aggregator, orders may come through both aggregators and cause check sync issues.
  6. Existing Provider Menus Will Be Overwritten - Once onboarding with Order Connect is completed, the existing Menu from each connected Provider is replaced.
    1. Disclaimer: The Back Office menu is published via Order Connect to all connected providers (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) and replaces any menu already on those accounts.
