POS

1. Admin Password for Logout – The logout functionality will be enhanced to allow only selected users to Log Out using their Username and Password credentials instead of entering a PIN. This provides an additional authentication option and ensures a more controlled logout process.
   
2. Multiple Modify With Selections – The Modify With panel will be enhanced to support selecting multiple modifiers at the same time. This enables POS users to apply multiple modifier selections in a single interaction, making the modification process faster and more efficient.
   
3. Time Picker Enhancement for POS – The time picker for future orders will be enhanced with separate inputs for Hours and Minutes. This provides a more streamlined time selection experience.
   
4. Hide Modifier Group in POS – The POS functionality will be enhanced to hide Modifier Groups based on the toggle in the Back Office. This provides greater control over which Modifier Groups are displayed in the POS.
   
5. Hide Display Group in POS – The POS functionality will be enhanced to hide Display Groups based on the toggle in the Back Office. This enables you to control the visibility of Display Groups in the POS based on your configured settings.
   
6. Tip Suggestion Based on Subtotal – The Tip Suggestion functionality will be enhanced to correctly calculate and display Tip Suggestions based on the Subtotal for split payment scenarios, which includes Hard Split and Seat Split.
   
7. POS Settings Retention After Signing Out – POS settings functionality will be enhanced to retain the selected toggle configurations after signing out. Previously, certain toggles were disabled after logging off; with this enhancement, the configured settings will remain consistent when users sign back in.
   
8. Pay Option for Split by Check – The Split By Check feature will be enhanced by including Pay as an available option. This enables POS users to complete transactions without navigating to additional screens. This saves time and streamlines the checkout process, resulting in a faster consumption time.
   
9. Tax Summary in MC and CC - The receipt printing functionality will be enhanced to display the Total Tax amount on both Customer and Merchant copies based on the Front-End Receipt configuration defined in the Back Office. This enhancement applies to both Single Tax and Multiple Tax scenarios.

Retail

1. Configurable Cash Rounding – The Configurable Cash Rounding feature enables the POS to automatically round the total check amount based on the cash rounding rules configured in the Back Office. This functionality applies only to cash payments.
   
2. Octopus Shipping – End-to-end management of Octopus online orders in Retail POS, including order syncing, fulfillment, shipping/pickup, status updates, and completion.
   

Back Office

1. Admin Password for POS Logout – Users will be allowed to perform a POS Sign Out if their assigned role has the Logout of POS permission.
   
2. Cash Rounding for Retail POS – The Cash Rounding feature has been implemented in Retail POS for rounding transaction totals to the nearest valid denomination when Cash is used as the payment method.
   
3. Age Verification Report In Back Office For Retail Store – The new Age Verification Report is being implemented in Back Office.
   
4. Improved Central Item Creation – Improvement to Central Item creation in Back Office

7. Save Columns in Role Based Payroll Report – When specific columns in the Role-Based Payroll Report are selected, they will be saved across sessions and devices.
   
8. Automatically Enable Cash Discount – When the Surcharges setting is newly-enabled under Payment Settings, the Cash Discount checkbox under Front-End Receipt will be enabled automatically.
   

Payments

1. Auto Batch Fix – Automatic Batch will be processed for payment transactions at the scheduled time defined in the Auto Batch Time configuration within Back Office.
1. For Split Payments By Seats: if Seat 1 has items with 2 taxes, when the transaction is made it distributes the other tax (3 type of tax). Receipts will show only applied taxes.
2. Linga Reader Language Update – Linga Reader naming will appear across all applicable screens, receipts, reports, and UI in both POS and Back Office applications.
3. Masked Card Number Display for Gift Cards – The card number will be masked and only the last four digits of the numbers (including House Account and Membership) will be displayed in the POS Screens, Receipts, and BO Reports.

Inventory

1. Audit Log Report – The Audit Log will track and record each activity performed within the Inventory Modules, such as Inventory Category, Inventory Subcategory, and Sub-Recipes. The log will capture relevant details of each activity to provide traceability and maintain a complete history of changes made within the system.
2. Global Item Creation – Under Global Menu, the Inventory modules such as Inventory Category, Subcategory, Storage Location and Vendors should be added at the Back Office Enterprise Level under Global Menu. This will apply only to new Enterprise Accounts.
