POS: Alternate Modifiers for Included Modifiers



Back Office

  1. Log in to BO and create a Menu Item where an Included Modifier option will be available.

  2. You can add an Included Modifier from the dropdown list of Modifier Groups.

  3. After a Modifier Group is selected, a Modifier list will appear in the next field.

  4. For the mentioned Modifier, alternate Modifier Group can be mapped by enabling the Alternate Modifier Group.


  5. Select from the Modifier Group dropdown.

 

POS

  1. Log in to POS.
     
  2. Select the menu item Pizza and the included Modifiers will appear.

  3. If Turkey is selected, then the Alternate Modifier button appears.


  4. If Alternate Modifier is clicked, then the list of Modifiers from that Alternate Modifier Group appears. The selected Alternate Modifier will appear on the Order screen, replacing the Included Modifier.

  5. Notes: Only one Alternate Modifier can be selected per included Modifier. The Alternate Modifier button will appear for that include Modifier only if the Alternate Modifier toggle is enabled in BO. When the Order is printing to the Kitchen, then it will be printed based on the below toggle and the Alternate Modifier will appear in Print.


Prefix / Suffix and Cut / Modify will not display for Alternate Modifier.
