POS: Default Screen

When an Employee logs in, the initial screen appears. This is configured in Back Office [User Management > Users]

On the Users screen:

  1. Create a new User by clicking + NEW USER at the upper-right, or click the corresponding three dots ( ) under the Actions column of an existing User. The Create (or Edit) User page appears.


  2. On the Create/Edit User page, select from the POS Initial Screen dropdown (below the Language dropdown). This selection will determine the screen this Employee sees when logging in (or selecting POS from the Operation screen).
    1. If POS Screen is selected: they will be taken to the Order screen.
    2. If Table Screen is selected: they will be taken to the Table Layout screen. 
    3. If Bar Service is selected: they will be taken to the Bar Tab screen.
    4. If Retail Service is selected: they will be taken to the Retail screen.
