POS: Menu Options - Void (Remove) an Item



To void (remove) a particular Menu Item from the check:

  1. On the Order screen, select a Menu Item.

  2. On the Menu Option menu that appears to the right, select Void Item.


  3. The Menu Item will be removed from the Check.


Notes:
  1. If there is a green check mark next to an Item, it means the Item has been sent (or fired to) the Kitchen, and voiding it will require a Reason.

  2. By default, Voiding an unordered Item typically won't require a Manager override unless the setting is enabled in the Back Office.
