POS: Revenue Center



Background in BO

Navigation: Login to BO, select a Store, then select Settings > Revenue Center

In BO, you can set a new Revenue Center by providing the Name and Node details
  1. Enter the Name of the new Revenue Center.
  2. Select the Node(s) from the list of available Nodes drop down.


  3. After entering the Name and selecting the Node(s), click the Save button at the bottom-right.
    1. Note: The Save button won't be available until a Name is entered.
 
This Revenue Center ID will be handed in the POS back-end.

Report

By this report, the user will be able to view the reports depending on the revenue center configuration in the Back Office.

Navigation: Log into BO, select a Store, then select Reports > Revenue Center

The Revenue Center Report screen will display the following details:

Revenue Center

  1. It is a drop-down/check box field having the following options – Number of Guests, Number of Checks, Net Sales By Category, Net Sales By Day Part, and Net Sales for Revenue Center.

  2. By default, Select All with all options will be selected. De-select it to de-select all options.

  3. You can select one or more options, as needed.

Time Period

It is a drop-down field having the following options – Today (Default), Yesterday, Last ‘N’ days, This week, Last week, Last 7 days, This month, Last month, Last 30 days, Specific date, and Date Range. You can select any one of the options.


Run Button

The Run button will be disabled by default.
Select options from Sales by Revenue Center and Time Period, then the Run button will be enabled.
Click Run, and the respective reports will be generated according to the time period selected.

Number of Guests 



Displays the number of Customers that visited the Store in the respective Revenue Center.

Example:
  1. Revenue Center NameRBG bar, RIDGWAY, Tony’s, CY Bar
  2. Day PartLunch, Dinner, Others


Number of Checks



Displays the number of Checks created in the
Revenue Center in the respective Day Part.

Example:
  1. Revenue Center NameRBG bar, RIDGWAY, Tony’s, CY Bar
  2. Day PartLunch, Dinner, Others


Net Sales by Category 


Displays the Net Sales by Category in the respective Revenue Center.

Example:
  1. Revenue Center NameRBG bar, RIDGWAY, Tony’s, CY Bar
  2. Category Bowls, RBG Food, RBG Liquor, RIDG Beer, RIDG Wine, etc.
 

Net Sales by Day Part


Displays the Net Sales made in the Revenue Center during the respective Shift.


Net Sales for Revenue Center 


Displays the Net Sales by Category in the respective Revenue Center during the respective Day Part.

Example:
  1. Category RBG Food, RBG Liquor, RIDG Beer, RIDG Wine, etc.
