Perform a Self-Test:

Hold down the feed button and turn the printer on (wait 3 seconds) and release the feed button and a self-test will print

Self-Test: The two sheets will print. The IP address is located on the top and bottom of the second ticket

Open “Google Chrome” on the iPad and type in the IP address and select “Login”

Enter the login credentials

Important: SELECT CANCEL

Select “IP Parameters” and choose “Static” and change the IP address.

Example: IP address changed to 10.0.3.98 and select “Submit”

Select “Save”

Select option one and “Execute”

Printer will print out new ticket with new IP address

Uploading Printer to BOH:

“Settings”, “Printer Configuration”, “Kitchen Printers”, “+Kitchen Printer”

When complete select “Save”

Important: Select “Kitchen Receipt Template” and scroll down

Enable “In Other Language Menu Name”

 

FOH Important Step: Make sure the iPad versions are 2.1.21(1.3) or higher
