Perform a Self-Test:

Hold down the Feed button and turn on the Printer, release your finger from the feed button (after 3 seconds) to print Self-Test

Self-Test will print and on the third ticket it will give you the IP Address

Open “Google Chrome” on the iPad and enter the IP address from the ticket and select “Login”

Enter the login credentials

Select “IP Parameters”

Select “Static” and change the IP address and select “Submit”

Select “Save”

Select the first option and select “Execute”

Close out Chrome. Ticket will print with new IP address

Setting up Printer in BOH:

“Settings”, “Store”, “Kitchen Printers”, “+Kitchen Printer”

Select “Save” when complete

Go to “Kitchen Receipt Template” and scroll down

Enable “Is Other Language Menu Name”

Important: Version 2.1.21(1.3) or higher must be installed on the iPad
