Enterprise Level Payroll Report

Requirement:

An option should be included to export the employee payroll report in different format to upload to sage 300 software.

Implementation in Back Office:

Page Navigation: My Stores >> User Management >> Role

             A new field “Role ID” should be included in the role creation screen.

             The “Role ID” should be free input field.

             User can enter a unique ID for the respective Role.

             The role ID should be unique within the respective store.

             Role ID is an optional field.  

Page Navigation: My Stores >> Settings >> Store >> Store Settings >> Store Information

             A new field “Store ID” should be included in the store information screen.

             The “Store ID” should be free input field.

             User can enter an ID for the store, which is unique under the respective account.

             Store ID is not a mandatory field.

Page Navigation: My Enterprise >> Enterprise Report >> Employee >> Payroll Report

             A new field “Excel Download Format” should be included with filter option “Default” and “Sage 300”

             The filter option “Default” should be selected by default.

             User can select “Sage 300” to export the report without click into run button.

Note: The fields role ID and store ID should be shown in the sage 300 extracted report by default. User cannot extract PDF, CSV formats for the sage 300 filter option.

 

       On choosing the “Sage 300” option, the exported report should contain the following fields,

1)      Employee ID

2)       Employee Name

3)      Total Hours

4)      Role ID 

5)      Store ID

6)      Pay Rate

If the employee is performing different roles, then the sage 300 excel file should be as below,



If the employee is doing overtime with same role, then the sage 300 excel file should be as below,
