POS
will automatically sync with the Back Office every 15 minutes, which includes back-end data transfer from Back Office to POS. You should have a stable Internet connection so that this regular terminal communication isn't interrupted.
If
the internet is offline, then the automatic Sync between Back Office and POS will not
take place. If the Sync button in POS is pressed while the POS is offline, the pop-up message 'Internet appears to be offline. Please try
again later' will appear.
