In POS,

1.      Enhancement in Customer Search

  Instead of showing customers based on the time they were created, an alphabetical sort order is implemented for customer searches in POS.

2.      Closing of alert messages in 5 secs

  The alert pop-ups displayed in the POS corresponding to the application should now automatically disappear after 5 seconds.

  The user can also hide the alert pop-up by touching the screen or performing an action.

3.      Hide check of other users based in BO setting

  A Back office option “View Other Checks” to view the checks made by the other users in POS is implemented.

4.      Changes in Refund Screen

  By default, the today’s business date is chosen and the checks are listed in the refund screen.

  User can change the date and search for the check later.

5.      Curbside  Implementation for KDS

  The curbside notes entered by the user for the Curbside Pickup Orders are now been displayed in the KDS.

6.      Store level customer

  An option “Store Level Customer” is added in the back office application settings which allows to lists only the customers for the respective store level in the POS on enabling it.

7.       Fixes in showing the Membership End of date plan

  In the customer profile membership plan detail  expiry date was shown as per Membership  plan End date.

 

8.      Search Option- Phone Order Screen & Check Stats Search.

  The customer name based search is now implemented for the Check Stats screen.

  The “Search” option is now implemented for the phone order screen too.

9.      Daily Summary Report

  A summarized department-wise daily sales report with a payment summary is implemented.

10.  Service type name changes

  The changes are made on the service type names and the revised names are as follows,

d.         For Here

e.         Delivery

f.          Bar Tab

g.         Phone To Go

11.  Hide checks of other users

  A Back office option to view the checks made by the other users in POS is implemented.

13.  Overdraft item line in membership statement report

  The report now includes a new field called "Membership Overdraft Payment," which displays the value of overdraft the customer used to pay for their orders.

  The position of displaying the “Total Discount” is changed and it is now showing previous to the Membership payment field.
