POS: Phone / Web Orders - Third Party Integration Differences



Uber Eats, Deliverect, or Chowly

Accounts with 3rd party ordering that has been integrated with the POS will see an additional Ready button in the bottom navigation. This button is to notify the 3rd party drivers that the order is ready for pick up by the driver.
 
Tap the Order in the New tab and tap Ready to send notification to the 3rd party service that the Order is ready for their Driver.

DoorDash Drive

DoorDash Drive allows users to assign delivery orders received from the Linga online ordering or call center platforms to be assigned a Door Dash driver for the delivery. When enabled a Request Driver button will display in the bottom navigation. 
 
When a web or call center delivery order is ready for delivery, the user taps the order and then taps the Request Driver button. If the user attempts to Request Driver on an order that the request has already been sent for the pop-up 'Doordash Driver request sent al-ready' appears.
