Retail Back Office: Customer Item History Report


Navigation: Log into the Back Office for your Retail Store, then select Reports > Customer Item History
     

The Customer Item History report page displays a Customer's full Item Sales history (including Void, Refund, etc.).

  1. Select the Customer from the dropdown.
  2. Select the Time Period, then click Apply.


  3. The below containing the following columns is populated:

    1. Date – The business date of the sale.
    2. Receipt Number – The Receipt Number.
    3. SKU/Barcode – The SKU/Barcode.
    4. Description – The item details of the Customer's sale (Retail Item, Void, Store Credit (Redeem and Balance), Gift Card (Redeem and Balance), Refund, Open Item.
    5. Quantity - The quantity of the sale. If it is scale item, then the measure type should be displayed.
    6. Net Sale – Displays the price of the Retail item.
      1. If the Retail item has inclusive tax then it will be included.
      2. Price (net sale) and Discount is calculated for an item, and it will be multiplied by Quantity in order to match the Total.
    7. Discount – Displays any discount on the Retail Item.
    8. Total – Displays the value of the formula = (Quantity x Net Sale) - Discount.
    9. The Totals row appears at the bottom as the sum of the Total column
